We are inviting members to participate in supplying bison for conference meals, with a need for approximately 50–100 lbs of ground bison and 25–50 lbs of bison steaks. If you’re interested, please share your pricing and product details by February 4, when the Board will review options and vote. Products should be properly packaged, sourced from an approved slaughter facility, produced by an operation with a state distributor’s license, and delivered temperature-controlled, with temperatures verified at drop-off.
